Roseway Emergency Department Closed Overnight February 2-3

The Roseway Hospital Emergency Department will be closed = overnight on Tuesday, February 2 at 8 p.m. until 8 a.m. on Wednesday, February 3.

This clo= sure is a result of physician unavailability. South West Health apologizes for a= ny inconvenience this closure may cause.

&nb= sp;

Recent s= uccess in recruiting new physicians to the Shelburne area has resulted in improved coverage for the Roseway Hospital Emergency Department over the past month.

&nb= sp;

People a= re reminded to dial 911 in an emergency. If the Roseway Emergency Department is closed, Shelburne County residents requiring emergency services should visit Yarmouth Regional Hospi= tal Emergency Department or Queens <= st1:PlaceName w:st=3D"on">General Hospital, Liverpool. <= /span>When you go to any emergency department, you should always bring your Nova Scotia Health Card, a list of your medications and allergies.

 

In non-emergency situations, residents can call= 811 to speak to a Registered Nurse.
